Adding Heerak Bhasma in the treatment of chronic diseases speeds up the recovery process and improves the action of the other medicines given for the treatment. Effects on Mind
Heerak Bhasma effects appear after its continuous use for 4 to 8 weeks on the mind. It improves alertness, memory, attention span and intelligence. Many traditional ayurvedic doctors use it in following combination for improving mental capabilities of the children.
This combination should be taken on empty stomach in the morning once daily.
This combination is also a treatment choice for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The results of this combination appear after a regular use for 2 to 3 months.
How to Take
If only Heerak Bhasma is to be taken, then it should be taken with milk mixing with Misri (sugar crystal) powder. Generally, Hirak Bhasma is given along with other medicines according to diseases. Treatment Duration
Heerak Bhasma may not show any results if used for a short period i.e. less than a week. It shows results after its regular use for at least 2 weeks. The long-term treatment with Hirak Bhasma may require for proper health benefits. Some cancer patients may require continuous treatment with Heerak Bhasma for 6 to 12 months.
SAFETY PROFILE
Heerak Bhasma is Possibly Safe. There are no adverse effects observed with the regular use of Heerak Bhasma. Cancer patients receive full dosage treatment therapy with Heerak Bhasma, Swarna Bhasma etc., which continue even for 12 months or more. There are no side effects observed.
It balances all three Dosha and corrects metabolism. It improves immunity, longevity, body strength and general well-being.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
The minimum effective dosage of Heerak Bhasma is 1.25 mg and maximum dosage can be 10 mg twice daily.
