Many ayurvedic doctors only use Mahanarayan Oil for the massage of affected joints with osteoarthritis, but it gives a substantial improvement in pain and joint flexibility when taken internally. 5 ml Mahanarayan Oil (as recommended in the dosage section below) should be taken with milk 2 times a day. A week therapy with it gives relief from the joint pain and grating sensation. It reduces joint tenderness and stiffness and improves the flexibility of the joints.
