For Triphala churna dosage Half to 1 teaspoon with honey, ghee or warm water, before food. For Triphala tablet dosage 1 2 tablets once or twice a day

For Taste improvement or to treat oral ulcers, then it please take it in churna (powder) form. For any other purpose, it can be taken in tablet or capsule form.
