Curcumin is also fat soluble, so it may be a good idea to take it with a fatty meal.

Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Most studies used turmeric extracts that are standardized to include large amounts of curcumin

Many Varieties of Turmeric available in markets are adulterated by adding fillers which may not be toxic substances but ingredient with no nutritional value such as daw dust, rice flour, chalk powder or starch.  In some cases, synthetic colour dyes made be used to make it appear bright and yellow along with the fillers. These may include chemicals like metanil yellow colour and lead chromate which are  most commonly used. They may be toxic and can have a negative impact on your health especially if they are being consumed regularly hidden in your turmeric powder.

What is ZBNF:

ZBNF are set of natural farming methods. It is a farming practice that believes in natural growth of crops without adding any fertilizer and pesticides or any other foriegn elements.It is different from organic farming.
