KALI BICHROMICUM: Also known as bichromate of potash. Kali Bichromicum
appears as large, orange-red transparent crystalline powder. It has special affinities for mucus membranes of air passages. It is useful when patient is unable to breathe through nose. Also useful when inflammation extends to frontal sinuses with distress and fullness at root of nose effective for hawking nose.
SABADILLA: Also known as 'Cevadilla Seed' Sabadilla is an herbaceous plant with yellow flowers found in Mexico and West Indies. Especially useful in snoring for persons sensitive to cold and suffering from chronic sore throat.

Find the cause of obstruction and have it corrected.
Avoid heavy meals before sleeping. Steam inhalation before sleeping may be helpful.
Avoid excessive smoking and alcohol intake before sleeping.
