Triphala is the Mixture of traditional herbal supplement dates back thousands of years and has a reference in the traditional Indian texts like the Charak Samhita and Sushrut Samhita. Zandu Triphala churna is one of the ancient and most widely used Ayurvedic medicines.
It comes in herbal powder form. Tri means three, Phala means fruit. It is made of three fruits like Amla (Amalaki, Awala), Haritaki (Harda) and Vibhitaki (Behada, Bibhitaki).

Dosage and Adjuvants
For Triphala churna dosage Half to 1 teaspoon with honey, ghee or warm water, before food. For Triphala tablet dosage 1 or 2 tablets once or twice a day,
Usually before food. For Triphala tablets 1 or 2 capsule once or twice a day, usually before food.
For Taste improvement or to treat oral ulcers, then it please take it in churna (powder) form. For any other purpose, it can be taken in tablet or capsule form.
